I met Jonathan Hull, founder of “Were You There?” at a recent SVASE event. I just set up a membership and started playing around. “Were You There?” bases its social networks on events, times, and places. Launch Silicon Valley was held last week at the Microsoft Mountain View campus on June 4-5. I was pleasantly surprised by the turnout of both entrepreneurs and venture capital representatives.
